Little Moments in Time 2012

The Herring Foundation of Hope's "Little Moments in Time" golf tournament was held on April 30, 2012 at The River Club, a fantastic Greg Norman golfing masterpiece and a Certified Audubon Sanctuary which provided a memorable and unique golfing experience for all of our patrons.

We had a fantastic day and raised a ton of money to support our Hope Kit program!  This light-hearted tournament event featured a putting contest, 4 hole-in-one contests, and prizes for the top 3 teams as well as individuals for closest to the pin and longest drive.

Proceeds from this event will be used to assist newly diagnosed cancer patients and their families with comprehensive and objective treatment information ... and to provide hope. This outreach is accomplished through the foundation's Hope Kit program, which to date has assisted over 3,500 cancer patients nationwide.

"Little Moments in Time" was a phrase that Jeff Herring, our courageous namesake, created and lived by. It means that everyone should embrace and enjoy the little moments each day that make up our lives. The foundation's goal is that this annual event is just one of many of those moments for our patrons.
