The Herring Foundation of Hope relies heavily on the success of fundraising events in order to support our mission of delivering free Hope Kits to newly diagnosed cancer patients nationwide.  To date, the foundation has touched the lives of over 2,200 cancer patients. 

The foundation typically holds an event every 12-18 months and alternates between several formats in order to appeal to the interests of all foundation constituents.  All events include elements of fun and are intended as a celebration of life's little moments in time.

Charity Ball and Silent Auction		Little Moments in Time Charity Golf Tournament		5K Road Race and 1 Mile Fun Run
The 3rd Annual Herring Foundation of Hope Charity Ball was held in 2003 and lived up to it's billing as "A Night of Magic" as over 200 guests danced and dined and partied and bid on fantastic silent auction items!   more»		Since 1998, this event has generated over $250,000 towards our cause and has helped the foundation to reach out to over cancer patients nationwide. The tournament is a light-hearted scramble format event, with putting and hole contests, valuable tournament prizes and a raffle or silent auction.   more»		On three occasions, The Herring Foundation of Hope has been the primary beneficiary of The Alpharetta Mayor's Challenge, a 5K Road Race and 1 Mile Fun Run.    more»
